Naviho

For UK tenants

Verify yourself once. Use it everywhere.

The Naviho Tenant Passport is free for tenants. Landlords pay Naviho to manage their properties, and that fee covers your Passport. You prove who you are, what you earn and your Right-to-Rent once. Then reuse it any time you apply for a Naviho-managed home.

Zero cost to tenants. No card, no subscription, no hidden fees. Ever.

Renters Rights Act 2026

Assured periodic tenancies in England, occupation contracts in Wales. Moving home is rarer, but when you do, friction is high. Passport cuts the paperwork.

No re-proving yourself

One verified profile, reused across every Naviho-managed property you apply for. No more uploading the same payslips again and again.

Funded by landlords

Landlords pay Naviho 200 GBP per month to manage their property. That fee covers the Passport. Tenants pay nothing.

What your Passport contains

Three verified, portable proofs. Run from regulated providers. Stored in the EU. Shared on a per-landlord basis, revocable any time.

Identity

Verified via Stripe Identity using a passport, driving licence or national ID, plus a live biometric selfie. Same standard used by regulated UK fintechs.

Right-to-Rent

Confirmed via the official gov.uk share code service. Naviho looks it up directly against the Home Office register. No copies of your documents stored.

How it works

Four steps. Most tenants finish in under 15 minutes total. After that, applying for any Naviho-managed property is one click.

  1. 1

Email address and a password. That is it. No card, no subscription.

  2. 2

    Verify identity

Stripe Identity walks you through ID document and biometric selfie. Usually completes in 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Connect income and Right-to-Rent

Open Banking pull for income, gov.uk share code for Right-to-Rent. Both optional but unlock more properties when present.

  4. 4

    Apply with one click

Found a Naviho-managed home? Share your Passport with that landlord in a single click. They see your verified status, not raw documents.

Why it is free

Landlords pay. You do not.

Naviho is a property management company. Landlords pay us 200 GBP per month per property to manage compliance, tenants, rent and reporting. The Tenant Passport is part of how we run that service well, so we build it into the management fee. You are the user, not the customer. Tenants will never be charged a fee for the Passport.

GDPR compliant

Subject access, deletion, portability all built in. We document what we hold and why.

You choose which landlord sees your Passport, and what they see. One toggle per application.
