Section 21 ended
All tenancies are now assured periodic. Possession needs a Schedule 2 ground. Naviho handles the paperwork.
Rent increases capped
One rise per year, capped at CPI or 5%. Disputes go to the First-tier Tribunal. We track the math for you.
