Naviho Ltd, part of HM-D Group, operates a UK residential property management platform covering HMO, BTL, serviced accommodation, and holiday-let stock across Wales and England. We are building infrastructure for qualifying investors to access curated deal flow - structured HMO acquisitions, rent-to-rent schemes, and creative-purchase vehicles - once the relevant suitability, FCA-authorisation, and due-diligence frameworks are in place. Step 1 of 2 - Self-certify

Which category applies to you?

Under UK financial promotion rules we can only share investor-targeted information with people who qualify under one of the categories below. Please pick the one that applies. If none apply, please do not continue.

High net worth individual

In the last financial year I had an annual income of GBP 100,000 or more, OR I held net assets of GBP 250,000 or more, excluding my primary residence, any loan secured on it, my pension, and any rights under qualifying contracts of insurance.

Self-certified sophisticated investor

I qualify on at least one of the following: I have worked in the financial services sector in a professional role relating to private equity or finance for SMEs in the last two years; OR I have been a member of a recognised business angel network for at least the last six months; OR I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the last two years; OR I am, or have been within the last two years, a director of a company with annual turnover of at least GBP 1 million.

Restricted investor

I have not invested more than 10% of my net assets in non-readily-realisable securities in the 12 months before today, and I undertake not to do so in the next 12 months. Net assets for this purpose exclude my primary residence, my pension, and any rights under qualifying contracts of insurance.

I confirm I qualify under one of the above categories. I understand that the protections normally available to retail investors do not apply to me in respect of communications made on the basis of this self-certification.
